Overview
Missions and Evangelism Committee is comprised of the National Missions Director, who by virtue of his office, is Secretary of the Standing Missions and Evangelism Committee, the General Secretary and the General Superintendent and three (3) other people, nominated by the Executive Committee. It shall meet at the call of the Chair who is the General Superintendent.
Activities
1. Sharing the message of Jesus Christ and the gospel to invite people to a personal relationship with God.
2. Teaching the Bible and Christian beliefs to individuals and communities.
3. Helping new believers grow in their faith and understanding of Christian principles.
4. Providing assistance to those in need, addressing social needs like poverty, education, healthcare, and disaster relief.
5. Planting new churches and strengthen existing ones.
6. Partnering with communities to meet their needs. For example, building houses for the less fortunate, building hospitals and schools.
